Chinese Zodiacs' Peripheral Classification
The Chinese Zodiacs consist of 12 zodiac animals (Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, Pig); a repeating cycle of 12 years with each year being represented by an animal and its reputed attributes. Chinese Zodiac is accordance to the Chinese lunar calendar. Different Chinese Zodiacs animals depicts the different personality/character and fortune one possesses. Such differentiation can be analyse in the categories of the Zodiacs' Elements (Pls refer to my previous post), Yin&Yang Indication, Birth Hour, Zodiac Animal Physical, Humans' Favoritism as well as the Zodiac General Symbolic Association.

Chinese Zodiac Animals' Order Arrangement
The 12 Chinese Zodiac animals are in a fixed
order according to Chinese Yin & Yang attributes. These are defined
based the zodiacs' animal claws (Odd is Yang, Even is Yin). Consequently, in
personality wise, Yang
indicate the person tends to be outgoing and positive whereas Yin indicate the person tends
to be passive and emotional.
Next, the 12 Chinese zodiac animals are also associated with hours of a day; each animal represent each period of the day (2 hour per animal). It is a reinforcement in defining a person’s personality/character and destiny analysis. For example, a person will also have the Tiger's characteristic if he/she was born within 3am-5am local time.
Chinese Zodiac Animals' Physical
This Physical refer to the bodily size of the zodiac animal; there consist of 4 large zodiac animals and 8 small zodiac animals.
The 4 large are OX, TIGER, DRAGON, and HORSE. This 'large' reveal that these 4 zodiac tend to have strong character and temper; they will no be as compromising as the remaining small zodiac animal.
The remaining 8 small zodiac animals are Rat, Rabbit, Snake, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. They tends to be more witty, compromising and devious.
Humans' Favoritism
Since the ox, horse, goat, rooster, pig, and dog are six of the main domestic animals raised by the Chinese people, these animal reveal a more obedience personality association. Whereas the other six animals: rat, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, and monkey are all loved (due to their natural strengths) by the Chinese people; thus these animals are more radiant, talented and not easy to be influenced.

Chinese Zodiac Elements
The Universal 5 Elements
The Chinese Zodiac Elements are classified within
<< Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, Earth >>.
These elements represent the Universal Balance of Nature; all things arise from and return to the earth. Consequently, these elements are all interdependent and have equal influence over each other. These elements denotes different characteristic personality in each and every Chinese Zodiac personnel as well as influencing their yearly Chinese Zodiac fortune indication.
Enhancing Factor = Enrich the person personality and fortune
(i.e. people with wood plus fire zodiac).
Controlling Factor = The person personality and fortune will be confined.
(i.e. people with water plus fire zodiac)
The 2 Division of Chinese Zodiac Elements
The Chinese Zodiac Elements are break down into 2 Category - (1) The Element Fixation (2) The Yearly Cycle. In simple term, every Chinese Zodiac personnel can own up to 2 different Chinese Zodiac Elements (e.g. one person can have 2 Chinese Zodiac Elements characteristic personality).
(1) The Element Fixation
Each of the 12 Chinese zodiac animal is associated and fixed with one of the five elements. In other words, it is the zodiac animal origin element (aka its permanent).
(2) The Yearly Cycle
Next, each Zodiac animal is further divided into the five elements again by yearly cycle. To elaborate, with each year embodied a Zodiac animal, this Zodiac animal will also be associate with an element too. Each
of the five elements occurs within each Zodiac animal once every 12 years. Therefore, each specific animal-element combination repeats once every 60 years (e.g. Wood Rat will appear every 60 years).
