The Universal 5 Elements
The Chinese Zodiac Elements are classified within
<< Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, Earth >>.
These elements represent the Universal Balance of Nature; all things arise from and return to the earth. Consequently, these elements are all interdependent and have equal influence over each other. These elements denotes different characteristic personality in each and every Chinese Zodiac personnel as well as influencing their yearly Chinese Zodiac fortune indication.
Enhancing Factor = Enrich the person personality and fortune
(i.e. people with wood plus fire zodiac).
Controlling Factor = The person personality and fortune will be confined.
(i.e. people with water plus fire zodiac)
The 2 Division of Chinese Zodiac Elements
The Chinese Zodiac Elements are break down into 2 Category - (1) The Element Fixation (2) The Yearly Cycle. In simple term, every Chinese Zodiac personnel can own up to 2 different Chinese Zodiac Elements (e.g. one person can have 2 Chinese Zodiac Elements characteristic personality).
(1) The Element Fixation
Each of the 12 Chinese zodiac animal is associated and fixed with one of the five elements. In other words, it is the zodiac animal origin element (aka its permanent).
(2) The Yearly Cycle
Next, each Zodiac animal is further divided into the five elements again by yearly cycle. To elaborate, with each year embodied a Zodiac animal, this Zodiac animal will also be associate with an element too. Each
of the five elements occurs within each Zodiac animal once every 12 years. Therefore, each specific animal-element combination repeats once every 60 years (e.g. Wood Rat will appear every 60 years).
